Elon warranty support is provided by the Electrolux Kwikot National Call Centre
All calls must be reported to the National Call Centre.
Electrolux / Kwikot will require the following information from the client:
Should no Elon serial number be available, one of the following documents will be required to register the warranty claim:
Proof of purchase stating “cash” client and without Elon details will under no circumstances be considered.
